I've been a paying customer with a professional hosting package for several years now. The web interface provided to access and develop website is miserably slow and antiquated. It reminds me of websites from the 1990s.
Customer service is a joke. I called to transfer one of my domains to another service provider and was told that I would be contacted with the authorization code in a few days. When I didn't hear from them, I sent an email. I finally got a call back from a call center in India telling me that my domain name had expired and that I would have to renew it through them before they could provide me with an authorization code.
Why didn't they tell me this when I first called them? Why didn't they bother to call me back or even send me an email? Why don't they post this useful information on their website?
I'm filing a grievance with the Better Business Bureau against them.
Don't waste your time or money.
