Worst of the worst. Stay far away from this company. The do not host web sites -- they simply bill credit cards. I challenge anyone to get through to a live person on their alleged phone line. They simply refused to acknowledge or reply to my request for a refund as prominently promised on their splashy 30-day guarantee posted everywhere on their site. There is no way to self-service one's account to change or cancel services, the chat functionality and trouble ticket function has been broken for weeks. These crooks just don't care, but they WILL bill you as much as possible for services not delivererd. Do not expect a site hosted with Accuburst to be functional or available. Do no expect anyone to answer email messages or trouble tickets. Please do not expect anyone to answer the phone. Do expect: double-billing, NO customer service, the worst uptime possible, fraudulent activitiy, no accountability. Put simply, these people are crooks and need to be shut down.
