Are you kidding me? I placed a cancellation request with these crooks on August 14th of 2006 via phone, email and trouble ticket. After a few days someone (no contact info, no name) replied that they'd take care of it. Come the 1st of September, they BILLED ME AGAIN. Since then, they simply refused to answer phone, email or trouble ticket. Though they keep billing me, they've locked me out of my account. As of September 15, a full month later, still no reply, no cancellation, nor any refund for the fraudulent activity on my card. As such, they have been reported to the BBB (as other AccuBUST victims have rightly done) and I continue to get narry a peep from these shysters. Not to mention a complete failure to honor their money back guarantee, a completely broken account administration section (that's right: no way to cancel or change your account online, the "24/7" chat feature which simply doesn't work), a refusal to answer the phone or reply to messages, and the WORST uptime possible. Why would I make this stuff up? Look at the vague, exclamation point-ridden cut-and-pasted reviews on this site. They're identical to the cut-and-pasted reviews on other sites. What galls me is that someone has the time to spam fake reviews as recently as last month but no one can answer the phone or simply cancel and account. Again, the WORST of the WORST.
