I was shocked when I saw the previous reviews. this company has one of the best uptimes in hosting history. All of its servers comply with the 5 nines. They offer daily, weekly and monthly backups and are with you along the way. you can place a ticket at 2 am CST and it is answered in less than 10 minutes. Try doing that at GoDaddy or Yahoo! Their staff is polite and knowledgeable, most of them are certified in Linux, Security, MySQL and have college/univ degrees. Also, they don't outsource, their support team is all nearby.
