Antagonist recently moved their accounts. As a result the control panel and ftp were not accessible anymore. As I am the webmaster and not the account owner I could not request a new password through the customer panel as it would end up in my clients mailbox. And my client was on holiday (without email) for a few weeks.
In the meantime the site was down and has been down till my client came back from his holiday. Customer Support was not helpful at all, and blamed us for changing the [...]
