1. tech support is ill equipped
2. no one answers questions
3. they loose data in transfers
4. rude support persons
5. down time is extremely high
6. server goes down atleast once a day.
Please please dont go for apthost

1. tech support is great and are always on chat ready for me
2. they answer all my question
3. they didn't lose my cpanel transfer
4. They were so friendly they included a smiley face in the emails
5. I've had no downtime so far
6. server certainly does not go down everyday.
I have been with hostgator and jaguarpc and none can stand up to the great service Ive received from apthost

I dont even remember how long I've been with apthost but i have never had a problem, not even from my very first day, maybe I'm lucky or apthost is just a great company. support is fantastic always on live chat and ive been on the phone with em once or twice too and guess what, they aren't in India!!! They keep on adding new stuff so fast it makes my head spin, so to top it off, you won't regret going with APTHOST!

I have been with APTHost for a little over a month now. They have the most fantastic support ever! The Live people can usually figure out whats wrong. They are very nice and knowledgeable. Their prices are great, their network is great. I have not had one minute of down time since I've been with them. Europe and America have great ping and service! I would recommend them to anyone!

I have been using apthost services for a couple of months but dare say they are great, no downtime and their connectivity is 100%. Support works fine and they answered all my questions quickly. Pricing is rather low and their control panel is user-friendly and simple to use.

It happened more then once that the site would crash, showing some wierd errors. It takes them several DAYS ... yes, you hear it right... days... to fix a problem. They lost data. I've been buying virtual hosting for 10 years with a lot of companies. No one has ever just lost data and then not been able to restore it.
They lied about why the data was lost. First saying it was due to an employee's incompetence, then it was because of a hack on the site, then network issues.

AptHost has actually been really good to me over the past couple months that I've been with them. I think they had some internal issues but It didn't affect my website and everytime I've contacted them I never had any issues reaching them. One time my site was down but I went on live chat and guy named James was able to get it back online for me in a few minutes. Overall I think they're great and I've already recommended them to some of my friends who also have sites.
