Bluefish Hosting used to have fair support. Today it is absolutely one of the worst hosting companies I've had the displeasure of dealing with in my ten years of Web development.
They now have a policy of completely avoiding any and all support requests from their customers and they are currently holding domains hostage by refusing to allow transer to another registrar.
Beyond zero support, load times for websites hosted with bluefishhosting.com would anger the dead - VERY, VERY [...]

I completely agree with John B. From Bluefis Hosting I had the most awful service for 8 years on the Internet. Look, how much accounts this business had lost for the last 2 months. And it still collects money from naive customers. Now it is right time to bring an action against this business, than I probably will be do in the near future. For now I will try to take all measures against this business. CAUTIOUSLY THIS BUSINESS IS DECEIT!
