Unfortunately they were the 1st hosting company I found and I was loyal to them for over 4 years. Then my eyes opened to so much more possiblities which there are out there. They have nothing to offer compared to cheaper hosting plans. They are expensive and offer very little. Unfortunately I paid a head for my hosting and when I tried to get a refund I got a huge run around.

I think Bravenet is great. There really is nothing else out there that has so many free features to include blog, classifieds, guest books etc. I have four free sites and use many of their features. The customer service has been pretty good....not perfect but pretty good. I usually get fast response time. The free sites offer a great deal of bandwidth and a number of options for site building. It does take awhile to figure everything out and I wish there were better tutorials but since I have [...]

I think if you're looking for a free host, you can try other hosting sites that offer more space such as Zymic which is pretty good but for the most part, if you're looking for free hosting, it's not terrible. They offer you a lot of stuff for someone who's a free member. Of course, Free sites are way too limited in what you can do with them. Of course, if you're paying for it, it's awful, go with sites like Bluehost or GoDaddy.

Since I registered my first subdomain with Bravenet a few years back, I got nothing but professional conduct and the most awesome support from Bravenet. Bravenet is a stable and user friendly web host.
