I have to say that CDDHosting is absolutely terrible. Their support sucks and they always have downtime! I will never use another company that knows absolutely nothing ever again!!
I am very sorry to hear about your bad experience with us. During our transfer to SoftLayers datacenter, there was some downtime that occurred and problems did arise as expected with a transfer of that scale. We have promised to credit/compensate all that were affected and we have done so already.
If you were experiencing any downtime or issues, one of our staff should have credited you to make up for it.
If you are ever interested in getting hosted with us again, please do not hesitate to email me at remi@cddhosting.com and we will work out something. Even if you do not want hosting, please email me with your ticket ID so I can make sure, this never happens again.
I would contact you but the info you provided to Web-Hosting-Top seems to be false, as the domain you said was hosted with us, is not even registered nor do we have your name in our system.
