I'am a Dattatec user for almost 3 years and I'am very dissapointed with the service and the customer service. They don't even have a TELEPHONE number to call with the disasters occur (When all the server goes down, the lame-ticket service is down also). When u have a problem, you are ALONE, you don't know what is happening and they do not respond. Later when the problem is solved they will say something like "we don't find any problems with your X service". For this and EVEN MORE, Dattatec is a low-budget ONLY host for small sites. DO NOT thrust in that cheeaper prices and DO NOT EVEN THINK in register .com domains. Some of the obfuscated customers made a site called "Dattatec depress me" (Dattatec Me Deprime) the URL is: http://dattatecmedeprime.blogspot.com/ U can allways track the downtimes and the micro-downtimes in that forum. And remember, THIS host was DOWN for 4 FOUR days a year ago... officialy its always "a carrier problem"... but, YOU ARE WARNED.
