They have a 99.9% uptime guaruntee however the site has been down numerous times and when you ask about the 99.9% you get no repsonse. We lost a significant amount of money on our ecommerce site because of the site being down several times. I am glad to say we are moving to webafrica. We will pay more but get better service and an actual uptime of 99.9%. HOSTCOW. you can't give 99.9% uptime if you don't have redundancy protocols in place! I think this company is run out of an apartment somewhere in the karoo. If I had any technical questions I submitted a support ticket and received a response within 10 minutes. The tech stayed on the line with me as long as needed and gave me a courtesy call the following day just to make sure my technical issues were resolved. BravoHosting is a very personable company!! I use it for my own web sites and for clients. I don't hesitate to recommend them because I have a lot of confidence in their operation. I don't worry about getting embarrassed by the service.What impresses me the most is the time they take to respond to my support ticket. It's usually LESS THAN 5 MINUTES! No, it's not a typo. A couple of years later they sold out to MYOB, so to still claim that they are a small company in WA is total BS.Anyway, I always had ongoing arguments with David Wilcox about the prices. A "standard" hosting package is $19.99 p/month for 1GB of space. A "reseller" hosting package is $99 p/month for.... 1GB of space!!! (although an increased bandwidth allowance). How many websites (and emails) could YOU fit into 1GB of server space? Ludicrous! I henceforth moved everything to Micron21 and have since been very happy.
