They robbed me of my money.... they dont provide the features they advertise.... in my opinion their support team is full of noobs... they are a two men show but pretend as if they have a whole call center full of americans to help you out..... the icing on the cake is that they frame you of running rapid leeach the very day their money back guarantee ends and terminate your account.....
My experience with them has been very bad... Beware..... in my opinion they are scammers.....

I suggest that people should please ask their online support if their company is a registered one or not..... I asked them and they said that we are in the process of being registered....on asking under which authority the reply I got after 15 minutes was - "I dont have so much details....."

I don't agree with sadhana and jessy. I took Alpha Master Reseller from them and I am very happy it this was the best choice I made to grow my hosting company. There are around 70 hosting accounts under my alpha and all of them running very smoothly. They have a fantastic 24/7 live support which is very rare in hosting industry. The support persons are also very friendly and resolve my problem in seconds.
