Hopeless. Wrong billings, failure to cancel, etc. Customer service is a joke, especially online "chat" (Sir, please type the URL of your credit card statement . . . ." I am not kidding).
It seems clear to me that they simply are not in control of their operations.
No uptime problems, and site response is OK.
Email services are very weak. No IMAP (at least on their basic plan) and worse, if I issue multiple email addresses, the users cannot set/reset their own passwords.
I've also used 1and1.com and there is no comparison. I'm pulling my two remaining accounts from Dot5 by the end of the year, and moving them to 1and1, and I'm willing to do this even though it means losing money.
