The most horrifying experience! The most awful webhosting company. I doubt if things can ever get worse with any other company no matter how bad they may be. Dot5hosting does not belong to this day & age, where customer service, support and customer satisfaction are highly regarded, dot5 have none of these! Above all their operators hardly speak English or even worse, don't seem to have any human comprehension to understand you, be it by phone, email or chat. Worst still, their site are often down. I wonder how can they be allowed to operate? Is there no regulatory body to do anything about it, at least they can be shut down, be eliminated as the most awful company on earth and put many suffering people out of their miseries!
