terrible in every way. support must be one of the stages of Dante's Hell. If it wasn't annoying and upsetting, it would be a fine joke. nothing is supportive is their support. first of all you'd think that a company of their magnitude would have a 24/7 email/phone/chat support. nope. they just have the email ticket system thing, and the phone all you get is a poor nice lady that all she does is fill up the email ticket instead of you (of course that to get to her you'll wait around 15-20 in line).
control panel is unbelievable - it must have been made by someone that really hates other people. it doesn't make any sense, confusing even for people with a lot of experience with different control panels.
worst bit is the actual services. they are so problematic! email issues, forwarding issues, sites down issues, pages not loading issues. you name it. once you have any issue - it would take you multiple tickets and phone to get any of their support trolls to do what ever it is they are doing to set things straight. they sometimes answer support tickets, and in other times they just ignore them - or give you some mentally challenged reply.
dotster is one of the worst hosting providers out there - and i strongly recommend to stay away from them.
