I've been a more or less happy customer with dynamic net but can't really compare them with other hosters since they are my first. In terms of what they offer... It seems to be a very good offer. They offer 10GB of hosting space, unlimited traffic, unlimited email adresses and space.
Here my MAJOR issue with them. On their site they CLEARLY specify UNLIMITED email. This is FALSE! They offer you 50MB worth of storage (per email address) which is a ridiculously puny amount! If you use POP3 this is probably a non issue but with IMAP this is a non starter for many users. I've never gotten a sufficient answer on this topic from them. With forwarding and other tricks you can manouver around the restrictions but this burden should not be, especially they should have changed their ads after I called them on this issue. Also regarding this issue customer service was subpar. If not for this major issue in my opinion they would rank a 10 accross the board.
uptime more or less 100% (never noticed anything else)
price: very fair around $70 per year (numerous domains possible)
customer support: usually helpful and you get response within 24 hours
