I have hosted my sites with E-insites for many years and while they used to be good and provided good (but not great) customer service they have been swirling down the toilet for the past few years. I have repeatedly asked for issues with their control panel to be fixed - they never are. Responses from customer support are rare - useful responses are more rare.

I will be moving all of my accounts and cancelling my service with them very shortly. It's unfortunate - they could have been competitive.
