While the packages sound good, there are endless issues that are never adressed: unsupportive support - you need to wait days for a reply that wont help you, SQL server is frequently down, problems are not adressed (regardless of what's the problem), sites can be down up to 20 times a day. I was hosting a semi-dedicated package with them and had to literally beg the support in live chat to at least provide me a backup of SQL databases after they decided to block outside access without informing me and not (!) providing any other means of backup.
I suggest that unless you host a fun page of zero importance you avoid this host. Any other host would be better. They used to be really good when it was cyber world but since it was taken over they dropped through the roof in every imaginable aspect. it got so bad we had to move to be able to have a website wich was at least visible to the outside world.
