Terrible service. Had to argue with them about the number of years I pre-paid in advance (which was for 5 years paid one year ago). Couldn't get anyone on the phone. They disabled my domain name without warning; I received no warning emails. All email replies to my inquiries stated that I must pay to renew -- without referring to the problem I was raising -- and that if I waited past a certain date, then the cost of renewal would increase to $99.99. NIS phone numbers, no email possible to them, went thru 19 pages had to jump their hoopes and sign/login on each--result=-o-. Was sent a two(2)page email real estate contract
still booting up 6 days later. They sick spammers on you.
Customer support??never can talk or reach their bogus numbers

I have been with Earthlink for over 15 years starting with a basic email account. They have hosted my web pages for over 4 years. Overall, customer service and technical support have fully met my expectations. However, this year they "upgraded" their email interface. It is the poorest implementation I have ever used.
