Terrible service. Had to argue with them about the number of years I pre-paid in advance (which was for 5 years paid one year ago). Couldn't get anyone on the phone. They disabled my domain name without warning; I received no warning emails. All email replies to my inquiries stated that I must pay to renew -- without referring to the problem I was raising -- and that if I waited past a certain date, then the cost of renewal would increase to $99.99. I will never use them again and will make sure to steer friends and colleagues away from them.
