Unbelievably bad! At a first glance they look good, their website looks professional and they offer a range of services. In reality they are completely unreliable, their servers often run very slow and our site goes offline at least once a month. Their tech support sometimes give a fast response but the problem is that they are completely incompetent. I am often in complete disbelief when reading some of their replies. I'm sure the job interview for a tech support position at EasyCGI consists of one question - "Have you used a computer before?" Anyone that answers "Yes" to the question will get hired. ASP.net support for our site fell over three days ago and we are still waiting for them to fix it. This is costing us $$$ in lost sales per day and we will be moving hosts ASAP.
With over 10 years of experience running websites, EasyCGI are by far the worst hosts I have ever encountered! We only ended up with them because they took over Webstrike Solutions - our previous hosts who were brilliant.
Stay well clear of EasyCGI!!!
