I warn all readers - stay away from this ISP if you want a responsive service. I have been trying to reach customer service for three days in a row and nobody ever replied. GeneralHosting advertised a free domain name for life but now my domain name expired and I can't have anybody to even answer my questions not to mention to solve a problem. And, of course, there was not even a single notification from them about domain name expiration. Terrible!!! [more]

This company is a scam - they send out eMails thanking you for registering with them and invite you to login when you don't actually have anything to do with themAvoid at all costs [more]

During my time with uganda hosting my site only went off once for about 20 mins. Customer relation ship is not bad and cpanel 11 is awesome. Overall it is a good hosting provider;-Respect [more]
