I have been with Emerge for 4 years. For the past 2 years their services has been degrading sharply. There were times when 3 or 4 times within a week, I am unable to log into webmail (always get "store partition is full"). Recently they migrated to the new database server and this has caused my website to be down since the migration (approx 5 days ago). It is STILL down and I have sent a few emails to the technical support team which they say will escalate to their 2nd level (this is 2 days ago). I am very disappointed with them.
