got a dedicated server, so not affected by the always down complaint. but the pain always comes when you have a problem and you ask them to solve it for you. coz when problem A is solved, problem B will appear and they will tell you it is not their fault as they did not do any changes to your server! even when the server was working fine until they 'fix' it

i have a very recent case where they just turned off my mail filters and i was looking high and low why my script was not working all of a sudden.............. till I found out the 'turning of' of the filter. Now this is what they call we did not make any such change! :P
