They change things on the server without information to the customer. Each time you see they changed something because you have problem or your website doesn't work anymore. For example, today they changed the home directory of my account without information. Home ist not more /home but /home1 now. I had to change a lot of bash scripts. They don't care about customer.

Fastdomain is a great host. There has been only one time in the last two years when I couldn't access my cPanel (my website was still up though). Unfortunately, Fastdomain doesn't have ASP.NET but supports PHP, SQL, etc. Sometimes it is a little slow, but at other times very fast. All in all, Fastdomain is a great service when you compare the features to the price and to other hosts. Way to go FD!
