I have been a Fat Cow customer for over 5 years but am preparing to move my websites to another host. I've been having response time issues on my discussion forum (phpBB) for the last 6 months and can not get Fat Cow customer service to resolve the issue. I've repetedly documented the the issue using timings from internetsupervision.com but to no avail. Don't go there. A horrible service. Terrible customer service. More downtime than other services, slow - there is simply nothing redeeming about them. Pick anyone else. It's not worth saving a few bucks for such a lousy service.

Since they were acquired, FatCow has gone downhill. Servers run slowly, tech support is spotty, fees keep increasing, and the control panel is at best klugey, at worst completely broken and unintuitive. Very disappointing, since they used to be one of the best.
