Very quick support... Usually respond within 1-5 minutes. I think most people are confused because they don't realize these servers are unmanaged. This means they will not fix your websites. They will fix your server hardware/OS, just not any configuration that should be done on your end. Good price and fast support.

STAY AWAY - These people are HORRIBLE. They have NO SUPPORT. My site has been DOWN for 5HOURS and they dont care. They dont answer tickets or Phones. Find Anyone else, DO NOT use FDC. They are the WORST company. I'm LOSING MONEY because of these people and will press charges against them, DO NOT use them. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE Company.

1. Too much downtime.
2. BW issues. They tell 100Mbps but you will get less then 10Mbps.
3. Sometimes, ping increases to 600. Totally worthless.
4. Junk service and no one will reply to your tickets.
5. They don't care for service.
Terrible company. Stay away. I lost all my website traffic for staying with them for 3 months. Moved out and website is back in good shape.
They are worst company i have ever seen.

To anyone that thinks to use FDC, DO NOT!!!! they are a bunch of crooks with the WORST service EVER. If you dont believe me, try right now to call them, YOU CANT. NO ONE PICKS UP. I also bet there Live help is offline. When my site was down and they wouldnt respond to my tickets, I started calling them, they finally after 2 hours of back to back calls picked up, sounded like a guy in his house and THREATENED to terminate my service if I keep calling. They answer support requests instantly, and I don't mean they respond with 'researching it' they respond with 'taken care of' - or whatever's needed.
The 100Mb connection is like working on a LAN, and the price cannot be beat. If you can do most of your own server work, this is the best option on the planet.
Every other option out there would have been $100+ more a month.
