I have used Gandi for close to ten years.
Recently the web page has been changed from intuitive to extremely difficult to understand & manage.
Support is now so poor as to be completely non-existent.
All questions are answered by e-mailing a dictionary taken from the site "Self Help" instructions.
It is impossible to find the pages to redirect e-mails, to to redirect Web traffic or to change account details
The actual workings of the service is good - It is unfortunate that [...]

They started scam on 10th anniversary, I got my promocode but till yet cant get my domain.
First they cancel order and wont accept promo, I contact their support they asked me to fill our contact info form, I filled and submitted but no positive response.
Next day they asked to send your ID card. What I got is type of scam, coz they did not mention id requirement at their contact info form.
Stay away from them.

I have been hosted by Gandi for more than 1 year. Opposite to some reviews I am seeing here, I always got extremely fast and competent answers from the customer service, which was not the case at 1and1 where I was hosted previously.
The website runs perfectly and I never got a problem with it.
I do recommend them.

I lost my domain because of these scumbags. When it came time for renewal, I had to mail them a photocopy (welcome to the Internet) of my identification, and even that wasn't good enough for them. The customer service was terrible, and I couldn't jump through enough hoops for them to prove who I was..
