I have used Gandi for close to ten years.
Recently the web page has been changed from intuitive to extremely difficult to understand & manage.
Support is now so poor as to be completely non-existent.
All questions are answered by e-mailing a dictionary taken from the site "Self Help" instructions.
It is impossible to find the pages to redirect e-mails, to to redirect Web traffic or to change account details
The actual workings of the service is good - It is unfortunate that web-page interface prevents the user access to managing the service.
Requests for support simply are ignored.
