CRAP - never ask for a refund because you will never get it. Just ride out the rest of your crappy term maybe use it for a FTP download host for some crappy IRC channel.

Checkout this Chat I had 2 different hosted sites go down at GISOL without warning:

Chris: We aere recieving a service unavailable error on our site

Chris: no problem
Sonny: Your site is taking more memory and cpu resources
Sonny: Due to this other users on the server get affected.
Sonny: Please optimize your website and contact us back
Chris: the last time i looked there where 60 active users
Chris: What does gisol consider an exceptable level
Chris: Is there a point at which I'm warned as opposed to the site dropping off the internet
Sonny: The site should not take most of the cpu and memory resources. There is no specific limit for this
Chris: Then what determinse when a service unavailable error is shown?
Sonny: The cpu usage should not be more as we also provide unlimited bandwidth. The main concern is the cpu usage.
Sonny: Please check with your web developer regarding this and contact us back.
Chris: it only serves out zip files. CPU usage? how do you work that out

Chris: This site has only been working for 2 weeks after being down for almost a month
Chris: when can I have a working service?

Sonny: We have set the site in a different application pool as we are invetigating the issue of high cpu usage
