Most of the time that I was Global Internet Solutions it was OK. That was while everything was stable and the site was up and running. But there were times, over the last few months, when E-mail was down and took a couple of days to come back up. But the main problem with them is that they have no customer awareness. They'd rather threaten your credit rating than talk to you to fix the problem. THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO E-MAIL - apart from an auto-response - which tells you to call them. That's not so easy from the UK - given the time difference. I'm sure that there are far more responsive and responsible Hosting Services out there. GO WITH ONE OF THOSE - DON'T GO WITH GISOL. HMMM - good slogan.
