Held my domain hostage and did not allow me to transfer it out. They are terrible....I was with them for 5 years....servers used to got down. When I left they wouldn't let me take my domain with me until I renewed it with them for another year. BIG SCAM!

I found HostColor about a year ago, and have to say they are truly run the way that all hosting companies should be.
Initially, I was looking for some cheap hosting that provided me with the basics. Of course HostColor had all those. But the thing that tipped the scale was the superb customer support that they have. 24/7, 365 days a year! The tech guys are well trained, personable, and fast. I am with hoscolor and hosting 3 high traffic sites. Never found my sites down or slow loading, they are always UP and loading pretty fast.
Support is also very friendly and accurate, had only 1 minor issue in the start but that got fixed in less than 2 hours :)

I'm have a dedicated server with hostcolor they have given us all the necessary support that we needed. What is more important was the fact that, a senior staff was dedicated to explain the benefits of each of the hosting packages and how they meet our needs. Customer service is satisfactory and we get notices anytime they have to do server maintenance. I haven't encountered any major problem yet.

We are VPS customer of Host Color in Europe and I would like to say that we are very satisfied of the reliability of the network and of the management service of the HostColor.com. Their Fully managed VPS called "FM VPS" is at very reasonable pricing. We needed to get our Drupal websites and the whole virtual server optimized and a Host Color system administrator has done a very good job in optimizing our OpenVZ based VPS.

This company is a joke. We just took over an account which has there site hosted by Host Color. It has been a nightmare trying to work with them, they say "world famous" 24/7 support, but the only thing they good about is picking up the phone, after that good luck trying to understand whoever you're talking to, sounds like the same guy every time, very heavy accent and sounds like he has a mouth full of mashed potatoes.
