This is a crap company with the worst support I have ever came across - I would advice dealing with it only if you are looking for trouble. I have registered domain name with them, which I have lost 3 years later - they simply "forgot" to tell me that I have to extend this name, denied that they have registered it, after I have proved it with whois. info, said, that they have sent me a mail - no copy of this provided on my request, ignoring my letters ever since. This happenned for the 2nd year in a row - last time I was lucky it was on the grace period.
So, have a look at memorycemetery.com - I had this site for years with stable traffic, now they sold it cybersquatters and ignore any requests for help.
They also always trying to squeeze an extra buck, customer support is rude and replies sometimes days later, if at all.
Finally I moved to Hostgator and happy with them.
Hostican sucks.
