I have only paid £15 for my super hosting package with Hosting Begins. and I have now renewed this package for the pass 3 years. There support is second to none, they seem to replie within minutes or me placing a support ticket request. I have had no downtime in the 3 years, and there servers are very fast. The features are fantastic, with not knowing much about website design, I found I could use there control panel ( cPanel ) to create a site within minutes, very easy. Thank you Hosting [...]

I have recently moved my website motopike.com to Hosting Begins based on a friends recommendation, and also due to the cost of my previous package being astronomic (it was provided my my web designers Eazytiger).
I ended up going with Hosting Begins highest spec package with SSL option for just over £100 for two years.

I have been a customer of Hosting Begins for over three years now, and in all that time, I can honestly say that I have NEVER had any cause for complaint about their services. They can always be relied on to answer promptly to any queries, and have been very approachable and generous in regard to special deals and discounts. That is why I have stayed with them all this time, as I find their packages and services second to none!

I have always found their level of customer support to be excellent. Whenever I have had a problem I couldn't solve they usually have it fixed fast! My last problem with a Wordpress upgrade that went pear-shaped was resolved in minutes of me posting a ticket!
The price of their packages is unbelievable...to get such excellent service for such low prices is fantatic and I can highly recommend them.

I've used many hosting companies in the past and never felt happy enough to provide a positive review. Uptime has been perfect, and the technical support is extremely quick, friendly and helpful.
All this for only £2.49 a month, a perfect hosting company.

Always most helpful with any technical issues and always respond in good time, often within minutes!
Highly recommend them on cost/value and customer service. UK based support.
Uptime is always excellent.
Webspace and bandwidth is adequate for most purposes and if you need more then its available at a reasonable cost. Many hosting packages give more space and unlimited bandwidth but in reality the average user will use no-where near that amount, so its a bit of a red herring in my [...]
