When I first started with these folks my law practice was a tart-up, so I had little to no traffic. As my business started to grow the issues with HostMonster became more and more apparent in seing the lack of professionalism and overall knowledge of their customer service and tech support department. Bottomline, they were not able to efficiently handle a growing business with many email accounts and above-average traffic. Their down-time became more constant and their lack of proper customer service became untolerable. They do have a good control panel but not if you are trying to run a successful business or expecting 100% up-time, just not gonna happen with HostMonster.com. I actually thought about legally pursuing this as a claim but not worth my time. Thank you.
