I am with Hostony almost 2 years, and they are really very reliable web hosting company, because:
1) 24/7 live and email support, they are answering in tickets from 5 to 20 minutes (depends on the issue)
2) Servers uptime is from 100% to 99 % (I didn't have any downtimes with them for more then a few minutes)
3) They customer services are really good, as they are trying to treat they customers as good as possible.
4) They have all time back money guarantee

So my rating for this company is absolutly 10 from 10:)
