Do not make the mistake of doing business with Hostway UK...Their uptime is terrible and support is even worse...Host with Hostway and you will lose your customers beleive me!

We have been a regualr client for years but recently their service hes gone really bad. The sites are down on regular bases for 15 hour at a time. The customer support does not answer the tickets and generally they lack the necessary knowledge to deal with issues.

For a week now I have been unable to FTP to or from my site. And I need to update it. This is appalling; while I could imagine a few hours trouble, any longer is unacceptable. I think I will have to change my Web Host.
