This is to report Indiatimes Business Hosting as a Disgusting web host. Even after several months of enquiries and endless emails and phone calls, Indiatimes Hosting (hosting.indiatimes.com) has not been able to resolve the issues with its web servers. A part of the chain of correspondence has been attached for reference.

Subject: Fw: Agltechno.com Mail Server Problems
Dear Mr. Jain,
We are availing a 1 GB Hosting package for our domain www.agltechno.com for almost 2 years now and have been facing severe problems with our email accounts since the very beginning. We have contacted Indiatimes Hosting Support numerous times and have always been asked to check with our ISP for the problem as everything at your end was supposedly working fine. Nevertheless, the issue was never resolved.
An online enquiry tells me that the mailsystem is either poorly configured or is using abusive techniques and it is the IP address of the website's mail server (202.54.119.144) and not my server which has been blacklisted. I have attached a copy of the enquiry report for your reference.
Kindly look into the issue and proceed to its resolution so that it saves us any further inconvenience.
