my site hosted under their windows server for more than 6 months
speed isn't great but isn't so bad.
customer service is helpful but mostly take a day to handle the case.
the worst part is the price/billing,
on 2007 they raise their price from $8 to $15 per month without give any notices.
scare shit out of me when i see the amount they bill. almost 50% more.

My favorite hosting provider. I now have 12 accounts on their Linux servers and have been with them for over 3 years. Very happy with the service provided. Technical support responds within 30-60mins of ticket and mostly resolves issues in single reply. My clients are actually happy when I tell them to use Indichosts! Keep up the good work.

The hosting service from Indichosts.net is far superior to any other that I have used. The servers are the fastest I have seen and they are provide for a very low price. The numerous times that I have contacted them with technical inquiries, their service was impeccable, with quick responses. The administrative backend is excellent - allowing you much freedom. There are no hidden problems like other hosts - you get exactly what you expect. Have never experienced downtime, or server bottlenecks [...]

I recently started up a small business, and - cash being a little tight - opted for Indichosts Linux Advanced service.
Using their cpanel, I installed sugarcrm and joomla for my CRM and CMS systems.
I started using these systems, and was starting to see some results from some early email campaigns (a feature in SugarCRM).

I have hosted a few different domains with Indichosts for over 3 years. I didn't need a lot of advanced features but it was really cheap and therefore I tried it. I've stuck with it because I've been very happy with just about everything.
I haven't had noticed down times (like previous host).
The Control panel is easy to navigate.
I've used a couple small scripts, ssi and haven't had any problems.
