Intermedia's web hosting fits all the criteria that I was looking for. I've been hosting with them for about 1 year, and have never experienced any downtime. Also I must to write about their control panel HostPilot. It is very intuitive and don't require any technical knowledge at all. Just login and start to manage your account, it's so easy!

I was a Intermedai client for 10 years. They never adjusted our price and we were paying well over the current market price for the same service.
i tried to negotiate our price to be more competive as we were paying over $100 a month and bought the new service from GO Daddy for less than $100 a year.
i was offered a month's credit from intermedia. Suffice to say that I made the switch.
My advice is to shop your services and have them adjusted to reflect the market versus paying the same [...]

Around 10 years ago I got to know Intermedia and its services. When I saw and worked Intermedia's services and support, I understood that Intermedia is most possibly the best in this market. For the first years of cooperating, through Aegis Fund, I never had any technical problems so actually I had no idea about the customer support quality. We chose Intermedia over the competition, because the configuration fit exactly what we needed. Feature set provided matched the price very well. Overall, it was a win-win for all parties.
It is also impressive how Intermedia offers top of the line products quickly (was the first to launch hosted Exchange 2007 though we don't use it). The email service was and continues to be a huge benefit to us.

Downtime 'happens' as I was told from their staff. That means that some weeks I'm down for up to 48 hours. You can never contact them and they are only available on reg biz hours Mon-Fri. We will be switching our companies hosting ASAP. Beware of intermedia.net they are very expensive too when compared with other hosting companies.

We had significant downtown with our website, intermedia finally agreed to move our website to a different server. This corrected outages but not speed. We moved our web hosting elsewhere and were pleasantly surprised by how much better service was at another provider. When we finally cancelled our account, intermedia botched the job of updating their servers and we could not email anybody hosted at intermedia for weeks due to their incompetence - this took several calls to resolve and tech [...]
