We had significant downtown with our website, intermedia finally agreed to move our website to a different server. This corrected outages but not speed. We moved our web hosting elsewhere and were pleasantly surprised by how much better service was at another provider. When we finally cancelled our account, intermedia botched the job of updating their servers and we could not email anybody hosted at intermedia for weeks due to their incompetence - this took several calls to resolve and tech support was extremely rude about what was a legitimate problem with their DNS settings.
