I switched to Jumpline in 12/09. I've never had so many email issues ever! I have called with issues in January, February, April and June. I'm using Macmail and am not getting consistent email service. I run into issues with mostly outgoing email and friends, family and clients not receiving it. The first time I called they talked me into a dedicated IP address which was more expensive but was supposed to fix the problem - it did not! After repeated calls and finally an unfulfilled request to speak to a manager, I'm requesting a full refund and taking my email business elsewhere. I'm incredibly disappointed with Jumpline and their claims to be able to fix my problem. Good riddance Jumpline!!!
