Extremely unhappy. I signed up with Jumpline because it was free for a year. The product was by no means great... or even good, compared to other webhosting providers. After my year was almost up, I purchased hosting through a different company and switched all my websites over with no plans to continue with Jumpline. Then I get a bill for $240 which is way too much the product they are selling. When I called to request a refund they told me that was not possible. They don't give refunds. Now I have to go through the mess of disputing the charge through my credit card company.
