By now we have four servers with L3server.com, and at least in my experience--we are in the business since 1999, this is the one with the best and fastest customer service in Germany. We host the sites for our European customers in Germany rather than the U.S., because of access times, and support is a problem with most other providers. But L3server has always been really fast, helpful, and very professional in dealing with any sort of fixes or questions. So I am happy to post this short review for them.
