We purchased two years of service from this company; however, they failed to provide us with the... Lunarpages-UK Rating (0.5 out of 5)provider reviewed by Ouraged Customer ( leads@L... ) We purchased two years of service from this company; however, they failed to provide us with the username and password that would allow us to access the account. After 11 months of chasing them someone from their billing department FINALLY sent us the access information. When we asked that they provide us the 24 months of service we paid for, they refused and claimed that their negligence was somehow our fault. I wouldn't trust these people to host a Tupperware party.
