I have taken this package in the month of march 2009. I have not received the login details for 3 days let i got the details of my control panel to login to my domain but did not received the WHM account details. After sending 15-20 email later I got the details that was too late for me as I have customers waiting for me to host there website I have sent a email to M6.net asking them to cancel my services and refund my payment. I got the confirmation mail saying that they will refund my payment by 25th may 2009 but till date i have not received my refund.
Now I am sending email but there is no reply except the automated email saying that tickets have been closed as there is no responce.
I feel that M6.net is a fraud company and cheating online customer by giving false information on there website about there services. I am also planning to involve leagal authorities to look into the matter to get my refund back and sack this type of companies if I do not get my payment back within 10 days.
I am googling and faund many cases like this and they have cheated many clients like this. Please let me know if anyone have any suggestions for me.
