They have cheapest customer service I ever came across, they have broken the record of government employee also.
When you call on technical numbers their IVR system says to call on another number, when you call on another number they ask to raise the ticket and when the ticket is raised, nobody is there to attend that ticket and when you again call to technical team.. same cycle goes on. and [...]

If it takes half hour and no followups to get a job done from other hosting services, it takes 100 followups and 1 month at manashosting. Pathetic to the core. I had taken a windows package from Manashosting 6 months back .Initially after making the payment I got my control panel details within 24-48 hours. It was working fine in the beginning. After 4 months I was not able to open my website. Every alternate day my server was down. I sent so many mails, called every day almost to solve my issue but everything went in vain. now they have deleted my email id and all password even client area password also so i cannot generate ticket for support from them.
They now not repond to phone and every time i talk on phone with then some girl speak and say billing guys are not on seat

I am not agree with raopareet and argth56. when i took hosting from manas they assured very good services but after i purchased i had many problem to continue with manas hosting they do not reply on chat and ticket and all the time there mobile is no-reply....
i recommend you to avoid manashosting.

Manas Hosting cannot handle so many customers. There technical support team dose not have complete knowledege. While chating they usualy copy/paste answers from FAQ. Since it has closed its branches the customers are unable to get the litte support which they were gettinf from the branches. the customurs are looking for substitute web hosting company. Just like me.

Manashosting support is one of the best I have seen they provide both phone and live support and most of the time any issue I needed to get resolved usually got resolved the same day their support is excellent.I think if you want to get good web-hosting that guarantees you quick support and uptime then you should go for manashosting.In my experience I feel manashosting is the best hosting.

Extremely unprofessional service. Their control panel Helm is almost hell-like because of it's slowest speed. You can click on something and can go have your dinner and it will still be loading the page. It seems that they have too many customers that they can handle.
If you're using ftp to upload something, it is extremely slow.

I am not commenting on what others say but from my experience their support and hosting is very poor. They are providing very good packages but support is too bad. The technical team don't try to understand what's our problem and I think they have some FAQ list with them and just copy paste it to the chat and without completing the session they will leave the chat. We have to constantly contact them to solve the issues. Not at all professional.
