We had a dedicated server with them for more than 5 years. Here are a few problems we had. - Make sure there is a backup in place as that is not automatic. We lost several customers during a HDD failure. - They charge extra(hourly) to replace old hardware that is broken during non-office hours. - They don't upgrade their servers as needed and old customers get stuck with old systems that more often fail. - According to their contract you have [...]

They are very chaotic. Some Software is not up to date. They severe have problems with communication: they barely speak/write german, even tough that's the language here. Sadly, they're still the cheapest to my knowledge if you're looking for webspace, at least in switzerland.
