I love these guys. They are honest, dependable, and inexpensive. This is not for those who need hand holding as tech support is only by email, but they have always responded and been helpful. I have two sites with Mister.net. It is the best kept secret in web hosting.

I have used them for 6 months and it is a very slow site. Now they do not exist anymore. Can't login to my domain, can't contact mister.net to find out what happened to them. It is as if they fell off the map. They may be cheaper than others, but that does not excuse them for very poor service.
I would recommend using someone else with better service and support. These guys are gone !!

I put in the first review and I just happened to see the other bad review and I don’t know what that guy is talking about. I have two sites with Mister.net and I’m really happy with both. I have a ton of email accounts, protected directories, video, etc and I don’t have any problems. It’s all email support, but they’ve always been there for me and still are. $35 a year…I’m not complaining.

I have been with Mister.net for over 5 years. There customer support is all email based but has always been quick and extremely useful. I absolutely love this company. They recently relaunched their site which might be part of there recent outages, but my site has always been online and I have had zero problems.

You cannot beat the value that Mister.net provides. They make it very simple, register a domain with them and they give you their free hosting. Let me tell you... their hosting is better then the majority of paid hosting. I have been with them over 3 years. When I do have a problem they are always quick and a pleasure to deal with. I got a sarcastic Email saying how very much they appreciated my money! I put it down to experience now but fortunately I have a pal at google who is gonna look at blacklisting them!

We have had several websites with Mister.net. this is a great company to deal with, yes the site is sometimes down...they are there to fix it ASAP. Mister.net will email you back mostly within 24 hours, I had them email me back within a few hours when the server was down.
Mister.net is not to expensive at all, honest hard working company

I just signed up with mister.net a few days ago. I thought it would be a great bargain to have "free" hosting and only have to pay the $35 to register my domain name. As someone starting a new business on a shoestring budget, I need all the savings I can get. Well, the savings is turning into a nightmare. When I first started using Mister.net, I had some issues with the e-mail and my website. But once I communicated what my problems were, my issues were corrected within 24-48 hours.
The communication I received from the customer service staff at Mister.net were always friendly. At first, I didn't have good things to say about Mister.net, but now I recommend them when others ask where they should get web hosting.
I am a very satisfied customer.

I am so impressed with the tech support on this site. Every email I sent has been responded to in 2-3 hours. Their response is always clear, concise, simple and extremely polite. I dealt with Scott most recently and I was given A+ service. Even on a weekend I was sorted out in less than 24 hours. I have had so many problems with other tech support for various other services that it was extremely refreshing.

I have finally decided to leave Mister.net. Site is down at least 10% of the time, mail servers are down all the time and make it impossible to get email half of the day. Their support is weak with no live support, whether chat or phone. They won't provide a phone number no matter what and are slow to respond. DON"T MAKE THE MISTAKE, YOU WILL BE SORRY. Their hosting is worth what it costs - absolutely nothing.

Very friendly and polite. They respond quickly enough for me and my site is up enough for me to run my accommodation business. My website loads quickly and you can't beat the price of US $35 for hosting and a domain. I've just bought a second domain.
