The features that moonfruit offers are superb, amongst the best that I have seen, I have reviewed and use several dozen over the past 8 years or so. Moonfruit considered the end user and provides the best and easiest tools for web building. The up time is fine.

HOWEVER, the customer service is lacking. I have found that it is slow at best and non-responsive. My site was/is down and I have emailed them several times for the past week and as of today, I have not received any assistance other than the following message - I AM A PAID MEMBER NOT A FREE USER!:

Thank you for your query. At present we are experiencing very high demand. We normally aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours however this may take up to 48 hours or longer depending on the query.

While all tickets are normally answered chronologically, we are currently addressing the most urgent queries first e.g. inability to login, payment issue, or loss of website or domain name.

In the meantime, if your query is not urgent then you may find help in our FAQ. You can find these under the 'Help' menu whilst logged in to your site. You may also wish to read some of our user guides found in the same section.

If you are a customer using SiteMaker Free (you have opted for the free package) then we will only answer your queries if they involve issues with logging in, site closure or change of username/site address. We highly recommend you visit the FAQ or read the user guides for advice on how to use the software.
